Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the LinkStations online store at linkstations.myshopify.com (the “Store”), operated by LinkStations (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order or browsing the Store, you agree to these terms.

These terms apply to purchases of physical NFC products only. Use of the LinkStations platform (the link-in-bio and digital business card service at linkstations.com) is governed by the Platform Terms of Service at linkstations.com.

1. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price and notify you promptly.

2. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you provide is accurate. We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. Payment is due at the time of order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Shipping

We ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

4. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unregistered products in original condition. Items that have been programmed with personal data are considered used. Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no charge. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full return process.

5. NFC Products and Profile Activation

NFC products sold in the Store are pre-programmed to work with the LinkStations platform. A LinkStations account (free at linkstations.com) is required to activate and use these products. We are not responsible for any disruption in service to the LinkStations platform that may affect NFC functionality.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the Store, including product images, descriptions, logos, and branding, is the property of LinkStations and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkStations will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which LinkStations operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting to the Store. Continued use of the Store after changes constitutes acceptance.
