Shipping
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email at the address you provided at checkout. You can also view your order status by contacting us at orders@linkstations.com.
Returns and Exchanges
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for products that are unused and in original condition. Items that have been programmed with a personal URL are considered used and may not be eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
- Email orders@linkstations.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the item back in its original packaging (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective)
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or the NFC chip is not functioning, contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@linkstations.com with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been programmed with custom data
- Items damaged due to misuse, bending, or exposure to extreme heat
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
