Permitted Use
LinkStations NFC products are designed for lawful, legitimate personal and professional networking purposes, including:
- Sharing your contact information, social profiles, portfolio, or business details
- Enabling contactless networking at events, meetings, and in professional settings
- Linking to a personal or business website, digital resume, or professional profile
- Promoting your legitimate business, brand, or creative work
Prohibited Use
You may not use LinkStations products to:
- Link to content that is illegal under applicable law
- Distribute spam, malware, phishing content, or fraudulent links
- Promote violence, hatred, or harassment of any individual or group
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Impersonate another person, business, or organization
- Conduct deceptive or fraudulent commercial activity
- Link to content that exploits or harms minors in any way
Platform Use
Use of the LinkStations platform (linkstations.com) is governed separately by the Platform Acceptable Use Policy. If your LinkStations profile violates that policy, your account may be suspended, which will affect the functionality of your NFC products.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders from customers who we reasonably believe are in violation of this policy. Violations may also be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.
